Dozens of Ukrainian companies have come together in the #SpendWithUkraine initiative, aimed at promoting their products and services globally. The website features a catalog of Ukrainian brands, divided into eight categories: gadgets, products, education, creativity, lifestyle, fashion, home, and services. Notable brands include Petcube, Ajax Systems, Grammarly, Preply, and Depositphotos.
The initiative was started by the team at Petcube, who also launched a campaign on ProductHunt and produced a promotional video. The goal of the platform is to encourage people around the world to support and purchase Ukrainian products, thus boosting the local economy. According to Andrey Klen, co-founder of a design firm, “Spending on Ukraine means supporting the economy. Companies use their resources to build and aid the military, and while battles may be won by armies, wars are won by economies.” He emphasizes the importance of helping the Ukrainian economy grow, adding “Every penny invested in Ukraine goes toward helping the country.”
